Did you know that not all real estate agents can include more than one photo of your property on realtor.com? That capability is only available when incurring an additional expense. This is one expense that I find invaluable to me and to marketing your property. When you list your home with me, you will have many photos of your property on that high traffic website. Not all real estate agents have their own website. Not only do I have my own website, but I personally modify and add items of value on a continuing basis. I also continue to seek out  additional ways to market the website. The benefit of this will bring more exposure to your property.

ASSOCIATE BROKER LICENSE
There are two types of real estate licenses. One is a sales person license. The other is an associate broker license. In order to obtain a broker's license, a real estate agent must have at least five years experience. In addition there is increased education that must be taken, as well as required school and state exams. I do this full time and am committed to continually expanding my knowledge. Not only do I want to help you with real estate, I intend to provide the best service possible.
